Fashion trends for Spring/Summer 2015 have been quite a challenge to those with body acne and blemishes. With more backless dresses on the market and a hotter sun, body acne has become a major problem and a confidence shaking issue. Here are 10 ways you can stop and prevent body acne.

1. Hydrate: drinking water helps clear out skin and prevents dryness and eczema which contribute to skin dryness and break outs.

2. Shower up: showers are very important especially after work outs to eliminate all the dirt and sweat that can block up pores and contribute later on to skin problems and acne.

3. Scrub: mild exfoliants and sugar scrubs are essential in removing dead cells and allowing healthy skin cells to surface instead. Exfoliation contributes to smoother skin, promotes skin growth, and improves blood circulation. Exfoliate once a week and moisturize afterwards using an oil-free moisturizer.
